Delaware?

It’s Tuesday afternoon and my boss calls me into his office.  He says, “So, I have a new project for you..book a trip to Delaware for next week”  Delaware?!? I had no idea where that was..Is that a city or state?  Well, it’s both but he meant the state.  So, I did a bit of a US geography lesson via internet.  Delaware is south of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and East of Maryland.  Delaware was one of the 13 colonies participating in the American Revolution and on December 7, 1787, became the first state to ratify the Constitution of the United States, thereby becoming known as the First State, according to Wikipedia.  Hmmmm…okay. “The state does not assess sales tax on consumers.”  Bingo!  shopping… 😀
